We love to define ourselves as guardians of the land
We love to call ourselves guardians; for us biodiversity is being able to admire the free flight of a hawk, to hear the buzz of bees, to discover the den of badgers, to see the red foxes’ tail among the rows, to admire the speed of a hare, to hear the croaking frogs at sunset, to rejoice at the arrival of the swallows in Spring and breathe clean air, every day. This is why each of our choices is a concrete gesture for the protection of our territory. The architecture of the winery also expresses our vision of “genius loci”; the organic cultivation of grapes, the use of energy obtained from renewable sources, the virtuous recycling of rainwater, and the use of completely recyclable materials… Everything has been designed to respect our first home; the land.
